How We Got Started

Founded in 2014 by Jennifer Dawson and McEwan Dawson as Dawson & Dawson Realty Pty Ltd, we then joined Ray White Rural in 2018 and became part of their franchise for three years. However, driven by a deep desire to conserve our family values and the initial vision of establishing a boutique family estate agency, we left the franchise and rebranded to Dawson Estate Agents.

Dawson Estate Agents is a real estate company that offers comprehensive buying, selling, and property management services of residential, commercial, rural real estate, and storage facilities. With a focus on servicing all of the Upper Hunter NSW, and especially Scone NSW 2337 and the surrounding suburbs, we endeavor to help buyers and sellers make their realty dreams a reality and ensure they have a smooth and fulfilling experience every step of the way.
